Oxlo, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions for the automotive industry, announced the expansion of its ongoing project with Ford Protect Extended Service Business (ESB). Building on the successful automation and plan management improvements implemented in 2024/2025, Oxlo is continuing to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and meet Ford’s evolving requirements in 2026.
The Oxlo team met with Ford in Michigan to solidify the partnership and align on upcoming project goals. These collaborative sessions allowed both teams to identify opportunities for ongoing automation, ensuring the platform continues to address Ford’s operational needs while increasing process efficiency.
Oxlo has continued adding automation features to the ESPS system, focusing on reducing manual effort, eliminating data silos, improving accuracy, and enabling faster plan updates. Key improvements include:
- Dynamic price book creation: Created a template-based system for database-driven U.S. price book generation, ensuring consistent formatting across regions and maintaining full alignment between source data and final PDFs.
- Streamlined finance data transformation: Developed an integrated process that keeps pricing, databases, and PDFs aligned, reducing errors and eliminating time-consuming tasks.
- Automated file-processing workflow: Built a secure, login-based GUI that automates submissions, queues files, aggregates and summarizes results, provides real-time status tracking, and removes the need for IT ticketing, saving days of manual effort.
“2025 has been a year of growth and continued progress for Oxlo,” said Angela Taliaferro, SVP of Business Operations. “Our collaboration with Ford has not only strengthened our partnership but has directly shaped the enhancements we’re implementing to deliver smarter, more efficient automation solutions. We are already seeing meaningful results, reducing redundancy, improving accuracy, and driving measurable impact. As we look to the year ahead, we’re excited to build on this momentum by adding further customizations to create a more seamless operational workflow.”
Oxlo remains committed to innovation in 2026, with plans to further expand platform capabilities, introduce additional automation modules, broaden into Canada, and continue delivering solutions that drive measurable operational improvements for Ford Protect ESB.
