February 3 – 6, the Oxlo team attended the NADA Show 2026, hosted by the National Automobile Dealers Association. As one of the automotive industry’s largest and most influential trade shows, NADA brings together OEMs, dealer groups, technology providers, and partners to discuss the future of retail automotive operations.
Oxlo attended this year’s event with a focused mission: to strengthen relationships with integration partners across both OEMs and Dealership Management System (DMS) providers, while also expanding awareness of our new Dealer Group Services for automated ASAP/CSI data collection.
Why Oxlo Attended NADA 2026
The automotive ecosystem continues to grow more complex, with dealer groups relying on a wide range of disconnected systems to manage operations, reporting, and customer experience. At NADA, Oxlo focused on conversations around integration, specifically how OEMs, DMS platforms, and third-party applications can work together more effectively.
In addition, the team spent time networking with dealer group leaders to introduce Oxlo’s approach to automating CSI data collection, helping organizations reduce manual effort while gaining more timely and accurate insights.
Key Takeaways from the Conference
One of the strongest themes throughout the week was the continued demand for reducing manual data collection and analysis within dealer groups. Many organizations are still relying on time-consuming processes to gather and interpret customer feedback, creating inefficiencies and delays.
Another major takeaway was the level of competition within the DMS market. This competition is driving innovation and feature improvements, but it also highlights a persistent challenge: the lack of interconnectivity between the many applications that inform dealer group decision-making. Disparate systems, such as customer survey platforms, often operate in silos, leaving dealer groups without a unified view of their data. This remains a significant opportunity for Oxlo to deliver long-term value through integration and automation.
Meetings, Conversations, and Industry Validation
While many of Oxlo’s meetings were with OEM partners, the team spent significant time engaging with organizations such as Volkswagen and exploring upcoming integration initiatives. These conversations reinforced that the challenges Oxlo addresses, data fragmentation, manual processes, and limited visibility are widespread across the industry.
In addition to OEM discussions, Oxlo connected with new dealer groups and was introduced into several referral networks. These conversations further validated the relevance of Oxlo’s solutions and opened the door to future collaborations.
Oxlo’s Dealer Group Happy Hour
Rather than hosting a traditional booth, Oxlo created a more personal and engaging experience by hosting a dealer group happy hour at Gatsby’s. The event featured cocktails, and appetizers, providing a relaxed setting for meaningful conversations after a full day on the show floor.
The location attracted strong post-conference foot traffic, allowing Oxlo to connect with both familiar faces and new industry contacts. To add to the fun, attendees had the chance to win a Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World bundle, which quickly became a highlight of the evening.
What’s Next After NADA
Following the conference, the Oxlo team is excited to continue connecting with dealer groups. Additional action items include introductions to DMS account management teams to further discuss Oxlo’s ASAP offering, as well as continued progress on OEM integration projects with Volkswagen Credit and Hyundai.
NADA Show 2026 reinforced that the automotive industry is ready for better connectivity, smarter automation, and more efficient data workflows. Oxlo is excited to build on the momentum from the show and continue helping dealer groups simplify operations and unlock greater value from their data.
