2025 was a year of meaningful progress for Oxlo, defined by major automation milestones, deeper OEM and dealer-group relationships, and continued investment in scalable solutions built for long-term growth. From completing complex enterprise projects to expanding our CSI/ASAP footprint, the past year reinforced Oxlo’s role as a trusted technology partner across the automotive ecosystem.
Below, we’re taking a look back at the biggest wins, key accomplishments, and what’s ahead in 2026.
Biggest Wins of 2025
Ford GESB Automation Project Completion & Expansion
One of Oxlo’s most significant milestones in 2025 was the successful completion of the Ford GESB Automation project, along with the expansion of the platform through additional modules. Together, these efforts automated the creation of complex Pricebooks, eliminating manual processes, improving accuracy, and significantly increasing efficiency.
The additional modules extended the depth and flexibility of the solution, enabling broader automation coverage and positioning the platform for continued expansion in 2026. This work established a scalable foundation that will support future enhancements, additional interfaces, and geographic growth.
Building ASAP in 2025
In 2025, Oxlo continued to invest heavily in building and refining ASAP, our automation platform designed to support automotive dealer groups and OEM-adjacent partners managing complex pricing, programs, and operational workflows. ASAP was built to eliminate manual effort, reduce errors, and introduce structure and consistency into environments where data changes frequently and accuracy is critical.
Throughout the year, ASAP was enhanced to better support multi-location dealer groups, CSI-driven programs, and enterprise-scale customers. With a strong focus on scalability, configurability, and long-term maintainability, ASAP has become a core solution for organizations looking to standardize processes, simplify updates, and confidently manage growth across brands and regions.
CSI / ASAP Expansion
Oxlo expanded its CSI/ASAP footprint in 2025, onboarding two new dealer groups. These expansions reflect growing demand for centralized automation solutions that help dealer organizations operate more efficiently while maintaining consistency across locations and programs.
Launch of a New Oxlo Website
To better reflect Oxlo’s evolving capabilities and strategic direction, a new website launched in 2025. The refreshed site highlights our automation expertise, OEM partnerships, and long-term vision, making it easier for customers and partners to understand how Oxlo supports complex automotive workflows.
Growing the Team
Oxlo also welcomed Terry Dolan to the team in 2025 to support sales efforts around CSI and ASAP. This addition strengthened our ability to engage dealer groups, support expansion initiatives, and scale this important area of the business.
On-Site Engagements & Collaboration
In-person collaboration remained an important part of Oxlo’s approach in 2025, helping strengthen relationships and align on future initiatives.
- On-site visit to Ford in Dearborn, MI, focused on collaboration, progress reviews, and future expansion planning
- On-site visit to VW Credit Inc. in Libertyville, IL, supporting ongoing updates and reinforcing the partnership
Looking Ahead: What’s on the Horizon for 2026
Momentum from 2025 carries directly into an ambitious roadmap for the year ahead.
- Continued expansion of the Ford ESB Automation project, including rollout to Canada and the introduction of GUI and API interfaces
- Hyundai DMS Standardization project, supporting both existing and new business processes to drive consistency and scalability
- Continued expansion of ASAP into additional dealer groups, extending the platform to support more organizations seeking to standardize pricing, program management, and operational workflows across brands and locations
